Hot Yoga

All of our Hot Yoga Classes are instructed with variety and different challenge levels for you to determine your level of activity in class. Classes are offered throughout the day and advance reservation is needed.  Please sign up online. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start time with your yoga mat, towel, and water so you can be ready for class.
